Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Herdzco Industrial – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been shipped, picked up, or loaded for delivery.
If payment was made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal, a processing fee (4%) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the transaction fees charged by the payment processor.
Once material has been staged, loaded, or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Refunds
All sales are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted on used or custom-cut items.
For new or standard stock items, refunds may be approved at management’s discretion and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping and handling costs.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure and prepare inventory for fulfillment.

Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
