Turning an Empty Warehouse Into an Organized Storage Space

This warehouse started as a large open space with plenty of room, but no storage system in place. The customer needed a way to use the available height, keep inventory organized, and create a layout that would work as the business continued to grow.

The Challenge

Without pallet racking, most of the inventory would have needed to be stored directly on the warehouse floor. This can quickly take up valuable space and make it harder for employees and forklifts to move around safely.

The goal was to create more storage capacity while still keeping the warehouse open and easy to navigate.

Our Solution

Our team installed multiple rows of selective pallet racking throughout the warehouse. The rack levels were spaced to provide flexible storage for different pallet sizes while making better use of the building’s vertical space.

The layout also included clear aisles between each row so forklifts could access inventory without making the warehouse feel crowded.

The Result

The finished system completely changed how the warehouse could be used. What started as an empty building became an organized and functional storage space ready for inventory.

The customer can now store products vertically, keep pallets off the floor, and add more inventory without immediately needing a larger warehouse.
