Refund policy

1. All Sales are Final: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer any returns or refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in exceptional cases such as damaged or defective items (see point 3 for more information).

2. Exchanges: We understand that there may be instances where an exchange is necessary due to size, color, or other factors. However, please note that we do not offer exchanges as a general policy. We encourage you to carefully review all product details, including sizing and descriptions, before making a purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or, if unavailable, a refund. Please provide us with detailed information and, if possible, attach photographs of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.

4. Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items listed as clearance or marked as final sale are sold in their current condition and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective (as mentioned in point 3).

5. Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. In certain occasions, Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been shipped, picked up, or loaded for delivery.
If payment was made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal, a processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the transaction fees charged by the payment processor. Once material has been staged, loaded, or shipped, cancellations are not permitted. We kindly request that you double-check your order details, including item quantities, sizes, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.

6. Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, violations of our store policies, or disruptive behavior towards our staff.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
