Project Overview

This customer had a small warehouse area that was being used to store equipment, carts, packaging materials, and other items. Although the floor space was already limited, the area above it was completely open and unused.

The goal was to create additional storage without taking away valuable floor space or preventing access to the equipment below.

The Challenge

Before the installation, the corner felt crowded and unorganized. Materials were stacked against the wall, carts occupied much of the floor, and there was no dedicated storage system in place.

Because the customer still needed to keep larger equipment in this area, traditional shelving would have taken up too much room. The new system needed to provide storage overhead while leaving the lower section open and accessible.

Our Solution

Herdzco Industrial installed a pallet racking section designed to make use of the available vertical space.

The rack was positioned so the customer could continue storing equipment underneath while using the upper levels for additional inventory, supplies, or materials. Wire decking was also added to create stable storage surfaces and help keep items safely supported.

This setup allowed the customer to organize the space without expanding the room or sacrificing the floor area they already depended on.

The Result

The completed installation transformed an overlooked corner into a practical storage area.
